Recently, the boyfriend and I haven't really been putting in the effort we should have to our relationship.
Since we have moved in together, we've fallen into a pattern of watching TV whilst glued to our phones 6 nights a week with maybe one night where we would go down the rugby club or playing Xbox, maybe even be social and see friends. Finding any excuse not to actually do something just us two, most of the time moaning that we don't have enough money.
So tonight, we made homemade pizzas!

It was so much fun to cook something different together for once!

All together everything that we needed cost about £15. That included the Just Roll pastry bases which comes with it's own Marinara sauce. I went for pepperoni with garlic chicken, cherry tomatoes and halloumi on a barbecue base. His was the same but with pesto instead of barbecue.
It was bloody delicious! Though I didn't eat all of it because I needed to save room for pudding.
It's easy to fall into a 'rut' (for want of a better phrase) when you live together. Because it's sitting right in front of you, you take for granted what you have and forget the passion that you have for each other.
Make a little time for each other once a week, preferably phone free, will hopefully make the world of difference. Hopefully fall in love all over again not just for pizza!
